Executive Director
She provides leadership and guidance to support USKE’s work with First Nations communities, helping strengthen land governance, capacity building, and community-focused services across Manitoba.
Shaun Peters
Project Manager
He supports USKE by helping coordinate projects, planning activities, and organizational initiatives that strengthen services for First Nations communities.
Blaze Gould
GIS Technician
He supports First Nations communities through mapping, GIS training, and technical support that help with planning, land management, and community projects.
Millicent Beason
Finance
She helps manage financial processes, records, and administrative support that contribute to the smooth operation of USKE.
Megan Courchene
Content & Design Creator
She supports USKE through design, visual content, and online promotion that helps share USKE’s work with its membership at large. Through her role, Megan helps strengthen USKE’s public presence while making information more accessible and engaging for First Nations communities.

He supports USKE by helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and community members.
Suzanne Mayham
Office Manager
She supports the daily operations of the office by helping coordinate administrative tasks, office organization, and staff support to keep USKE running smoothly.

He supports USKE’s land systems and technology work through mapping, digital tools, website and application development, and improved information workflows for community land management.
